Success Tips

• Understand the prospective employer and concisely explain your skills and accomplishments as they relate to the position.
• Be compelling and hook the employers attention right out of the gate. (Employers make critical judgments in a matter of seconds).
• One minute time goal to keep it concise and to the point. (Employers do not have time to go through an inbox of 100 video resumes.)
• Avoid ums and ahs and any pauses in your speaking.
